They are used for cutting of meshes and are installed behind the mesh welding machine. Deliverable widths are 1500-4000 mm, and the wire thickness can be up to 12.
Operation: hydraulic and automatic with an option for remote control.
It is used for bending of meshes i.e. forming them into different shapes (for fences). With our tools we can work on up to 4000 mm of length and up to 70T of force. The shape of the tool is determined by the customer. Machine is delivered with the limiter programmed for specific length. Maximum wire diameter is 8 mm. This tool is mad to order depending on the wire diameter.
It is installed beneath the press and behind the scissors, in that way the production line is fully automated. Manipulator moves the mesh from scissors to press. Places the mesh beneath the press and when the press finishes its work, removes the mesh and moves it to the baling spot. Number of meshes in a bale is programmed and cannot exceed 100.

This machine line produces paneled bars and grids made of thin steel tubes and stainless steel materials. Electrodes can be replaced. The shape of the electrode can be shaped according to the desired product. The length of the panel can be up to 4 m. The height is maximum 2 m, but we also produce machines of different sizes.
