Automatic pipe lug welding machine, performs tasks that couldn‘t be performed manually, with one machine operator, unique machine.
Special automatic cable welding machine, this is the only one of it in Europe. It has a special license because it welds the cable connectors of truck brake systems.(The pictute shows the tool, a video of the machine can be seen on our website.)
Semi-automatic brake pipe fixing welder, unique machine, replaces the manual work of 5 people with 1 machine operator.
Performs the welding of the body electrode of a special circular discharge spark plug, a unique machine, there are 3 machines produced by us in this factory in all of Europe. The product is newly patented, it was not manufactured before.( A video of the machine can be seen on our website.)
- Special automatic plate cutting scissors, unique according to the customer's needs. It cuts the plate from tape at a certain angle. It is fully automatic, with a built-in counter, length gauge, control and a drain unit. The scissors work both in the positive and negative angle range, without waste.
CNC three-axis grinding stone profiling machine (the negative of the ceramic insulating profile of the spark plug is applied to the grinding stone, which then molds the ceramic to the desired shape and size) With this machine, any grinding stone (up to the physical size of the machine) can be shaped, as desired form. This machine replaces the similar mechanical copier, which works by inserting a template. The new machine is much more accurate and faster.
- Double-arm line welding machine, lengthwise and circular welding can be performed on the machine without repositioning, thereby doubling the production process.
- Fully automatic fence mesh production machine line, with a single machine operator, completes the production and bending of the product according to the customer's needs.
- Spot welding machine with a flat table, which can be used to weld the frame of a complete product, so that the product does not have to be moved, the welding arms can reach anywhere. There are few such completely unique machines in the world, and they were designed according to the customer's needs.
