We offer a new stripe-welding tool to our dear customers, by which it is easy to weld pipe elbows which are made of tin. The quality of the welding can be: resistant or non-resistant to pressure. The quality of the welded material is ordinary stainless steel, up to 1,5 + 1,5 mm thickness.
The tool, seen on the picture, is for welding on 2 x 22,5 degrees, but the same can be made for welding on 30 or 45 degrees angle. The minimal diameter of the inner part of the pipe can be 80 mm, and the maximal can be 300 mm. The length of the straight part of the pipe can be maximum 80 mm. The tool, seen on the picture, is cooled by water and can be applied with any stripe-welding tool made by us. At the customer`s request we can produce tools for different angled elbows also.
