The unroller is used for unrolling of wire form a wheel into the machine that processes it. The height of the spinning axle is 2800 mm and maximum load is 3T in working condition. Spinning axle is vertical and can be lowered into horizontal position, using hydraulics, in situations when wire wheel needs to be placed by way of a forklift.
Used behind the unroller and before the cutting and calibrating machine. It is used for breaking of the wire and removes 90% of slag from the steel wire. The wire passes through when moving guides are vertical and after the wire is pulled in they are turned as needed (see figure). This allows for 2x1800 breaking of the wire in small space.
It is used for brushing and cleaning the wire from remaining slag and is placed behind the breaker, directly under the calibrating machine. Machine holds six steel brushes sized 250x50 mm on electromotors. Brushes are placed in such a way they encompass the entire circumference of the wire. It is controlled by the use of controller.
Mesh spinner is used for welding, spinning and baling of mesh. It consists of carrying desk, unit for placing the mesh onto the rotating table, rotating table, unit for placing the mesh that was not turned, unit for stacking of meshes and a unit for mesh removal. This machine is fully automated and does not require a special worker for operation.
