Used behind the unroller and before the cutting and calibrating machine. It is used for breaking of the wire and removes 90% of slag from the steel wire. The wire passes through when moving guides are vertical and after the wire is pulled in they are turned as needed (see figure). This allows for 2x1800 breaking of the wire in small space. Broken away slag is collected in lower drawer and can be emptied easily. Breaker is used when anchored to the concrete thickness of 150 mm.
