It is installed beneath the press and behind the scissors, in that way the production line is fully automated. Manipulator moves the mesh from scissors to press. Places the mesh beneath the press and when the press finishes its work, removes the mesh and moves it to the baling spot. Number of meshes in a bale is programmed and cannot exceed 100.
Manipulation speed is adjusted depending on the speed of the welding machine. The manipulator is combined (pneumatics initially) operation PLC by way of “TUCH” screen.
