This machine is intended for scattering square bales of big dimensions (1.2x0.9x3meters) and it can take two pieces at once. The bales should be put in the following way: the first bale is put directly onto the chain with a fork which is built in the tractor, and the second bale is put halfway on the first one and halfway on the open lifter. As the first bale is being scattered, the lifter slowly closes and starts to scatter the second bale. The machine has two wheels and should be attached to a tractor with a strength of 40KW (about 60KS), a cardan handle should be attached and a power connector plugs into the connector of the machine. The control panel is located in the cabinet of the tractor, from where the driver directs the machine. There is a version with wireless control also which we deliver at the customerás order.
Straw, clover and dry grass can be scattered with this machine. The machine is able to scatter small square bales also.
On every machine there is another controlling place on the left side in the back. From here the driver can control the lifter and the chain. In all our machines there is a built-in oil pump with an oil container, so the machines are independent from the hydraulic system of the tractor. At the customer's order we deliver machines without built-in oil pump, but in this case the machine should be used with a tractor which has a circulating hydraulic system.
The pressure in the hydraulic system is limited to 160bars and the pump has a capacity of 70lit/min. 40 liters of hydraulic oil HD46 should be used.
